Mr. Heiden teaches Advanced Trial Advocacy. For 20 years, he has been a Trial Lawyer and Partner at Latham & Watkins, an international law firm. He has tried civil cases in each corner of the country and before international tribunals, including oil, gas, and energy; sports; power generation and nuclear; business torts; commercial contracts; and environmental. Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers (Chair, Teaching Committee); J.D., Cornell University; B.A., University of Notre Dame.; Equal Justice Works, Board of Counsellors; Chicago Sports Commission, Director; Hockey, player, and coach. He is a member of the Illinois, Texas, and Michigan bars and various federal courts. He teaches trial advocacy programs at Latham & Watkins, Cornell Law School, Georgetown University Law Center, and the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Heiden tries difficult cases and enjoys case evaluation, lectures, and other speaking engagements.
